If you're having troubles loging on it is probably caused by your cookie settings.
You should check if the cookie isn't blocked, MS internet explorer 6.x automaticly
blocks the cookies, you can see it in the status bar on the right by this icon
 if you double click that icon and click on the Summary button
you can allow this site to set a cookie.
Note: The cookie doesn't contain any personal data, it only contains a session id.
