Wie droomt er niet van om ooit nog eens langs de Fryske Alvesteden (Friese Elfsteden) te rijden om het felbegeerde kruisje te bemachtigen! Het is nu tijd om dromen werkelijkheid te laten worden. Nee niet door de schaatsen onder te binden maar door je luchtgekoelde Volkswagen te starten en mee te rijden met deze schitterende tocht! It giet oan op 17, 18 en 19 september 2010! Every now and then you find some real neat gems while roaming the world wide web. Today I found this one! This time it's a blog and it's called VW 182 (All Things 182). This is not the kind of blog which is updated every day or week, but the posts and photos are of a very good quality and are fun to read or view. Dit eerste evenement van VW-Airheads zal de liefhebbers van zowel meetings als rondritten kunnen bekoren. Op zondag 11 april 2010 organiseert VW-Airheads voor de eerste maal een gezamenlijk evenement met VW-meeting en puzzelrit samen. Om dit allemaal nog aantrekkelijker te maken wordt het hele evenement in Flower power thema georganiseerd waarbij we terugkeren naar DE jeugdcultuur van eind jaren 60! "The Wolfsburg Paperworks" offers you a variety of advertisements, books, brochures and much more! At this moment there are an estimated 8200 documents and photos archived and it gets more every day. This year there will be a VolksWorld Show again. It takes place in the last weekend of march. The best showcars from the European mainland as well as from the UK will attend the show. Voor wie een keer wat anders wil dan een Show 'n Shine organiseert Airtime een Show 'n Gluhwein. Dit zal gepaard gaan met een BBQ. This one's to kick off! The WAGENFOLKS site belongs to a friend of mine. He started for some time ago with his shop in Sumar (NL) where a huge pile of parts can be found. Also a new ride can be obtained from Wagenfolks. Some very nice models can be found like a '75 Golf einzer Swallowtail (still for sale) or a  '67 Ruby red Beetle (already sold).
